We are honoured to announce that Serafima Semkina has joined the BTCU project in an ambassadorial role. Serafima is an experienced professional in digital transformation, economics, fintech, blockchain, and crypto. After graduating with MSc in Management, she has been working in investment banking, trading, & tech.
She has been managing projects between UK, EU, and Eastern Europe. This work includes working with organisations like Barclays, UN and major crypto exchanges. Her strategy management experience stretches across various industries such as finance, fintech, DLT, marketing, media and advertising. A proven track record of successful series of projects with leading Eastern Europe and EU organisations and agencies.
Serafima has been managing business operations for tech startups while at the same time consulting and leading successful ICO and post-ICO strategies. She loves systems and organisation processes and believes determination and persuasion are the best drivers for every business.
Widely considered a strong business leader and strategic advisor, she specialises in tech, blockchain and digital transformation.
